Many thanks for your positive feedback; so happy that you’re enjoying the podcast! I know that the Cuban community is both interesting and important, but I have never been there! So far, at least, I’ve only done sessions on places I have visited at least once, if not more…

Tom, You are such a treasure! My husband and I love to learn from you! Now that you’ve done Istanbul, you MUST get around to telling the story of the Cuban Jews, or Jewbans as we call ourselves, where there was also both Sephardic & Ashkenazi communities, and where it was considered a mixed marriage if one married the other (as my parents did!). Keep up the good work!
